GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.- Purpose and scope of application

The Conditions apply to all orders made to WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. (Avenida Doctor Jiménez Díaz, 14 BLQ 1 1B). These are the applicable conditions as soon as an order is made online. By submitting an order to us, you are accepting the Conditions set out below. These Conditions do not interfere with your rights by law. If you have any questions, contact us. The terms "company", "us", "our / a (s)" or "we / as" refer to WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. The terms "customer", "you" or "buyer" will refer to the person or entity placing the order.

2.1 Contract and Shipping Information

The order that is carried out represents an offer to formalize a Sales Contract. Once we receive the order, we will send you an email to confirm it and explain all the relevant details ("Order confirmation"). The Order Confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the Contract. Its purpose is to confirm receipt of the order. It will only become a Sales Contract when we have received the payment for the merchandise, at which point we will proceed to send the requested products.

If a product included in the same order for which you have received a shipping confirmation is not included in the shipping notification email, a Purchase Agreement for said product will not have been entered into.

During the purchase process, the buyer accepts our General Sales Conditions established on this page.

In order to be able to supply orders, we also depend on the correct delivery of the products within the corresponding deadline. Should it be the case that any of the items ordered is not available, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement. If the products you have ordered cannot be shipped, we will notify you immediately. If the amount owed has already been paid, we will refund the corresponding amount. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from delayed shipments, unless it is certified that our negligence has been involved.

In the event that any of the products in the order are not available within the corresponding period of time, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative shipment with the same conditions. If this is the case, we will offer you the opportunity to accept said alternative shipment.

We will notify you if an item displayed on the website is no longer available and has changed in price.

a) Shipping locations

We currently send orders to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship Ceuta and Melilla. We also order internationally.

b) Delivery times

-Standard: 2-3 business days nationally and internationally.

3.- Price

All prices are expressed in the following currencies:

Shipping costs will have to be added to these prices if applicable. Shipping costs are shown on our website and can be consulted at the time of ordering. The prices indicated at the time of order are correct, except for errors and omissions.

Prices include VAT.

4.1 Shipping costs

We will ship the items from our warehouses to the indicated address. Any information regarding the delivery time will not be binding. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped in a single shipment.

The order will take 1 or 2 days to process and more time for the logistics operator to get it to the indicated address. If a transfer or advance payment is required from us, delivery will be delayed until the requested sum has been paid in full.

You will receive an email indicating the shipment of the package, and if the logistics operator allows it with the tracking number of the shipment.

Products shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes applicable in your country. These costs will be borne by your account and will be added to those reflected on your invoice. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for detailed information.

5.- Payments

The payment of the purchased items and the shipping costs can be made by the different means available on our website. If the ordered products are not available and the payment has been made, said payment will be made using the same payment method used.

5.1 Payments by credit card or PayPal (Central Bank securities)

We accept payments made with VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

We are committed to protecting your card and your data. All the data on the web are sent using the secure SSL protocol so that neither WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. nor third parties can access.

5.2 Security

We use the software security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). With this system, your data, name, address and card number are encrypted and transmitted securely over the Internet. During the transfer, no third party will be able to read your data

6.- Payments and maturities:

All the articles requested and sent will continue to be the property of WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. until all sums owed as stipulated in the Contract relating to the client have been paid in full. If, for any reason, there is a delay in payment, we will apply an interest of 5 (five)% until we receive the full payment.

7.- Shipping defects:

We take into account all kinds of precautions. Even so, packages or contents can be damaged in transit. If it happens, follow these steps: first, record the damage by communicating it to the courier service as soon as you receive the items. Then let us know. If you plan to return damaged items, please inform us in advance using the customer service form or by email, phone or fax.

8.- Changes and returns:

In case of wanting to proceed to make a return or an exchange of the purchased product, you should contact WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. by email at wenormalbrand@gmail.com.

. It is important that you keep the original product packaging, and that it is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

. Indicate the order number, customer number and description of the reasons for the exchange or return request.

WE NORMAL BRAND, S.L. will evaluate and proceed to give you the corresponding indications on how to proceed once the case has been studied.

The term to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days, except in cases of purchase of personalized products at the request of the buyer.

9.-Warranty repairs and responsibility

Product descriptions, photographs, plans, data, as well as descriptions of weight, size and use or performance, which are included in WE brochures, catalogs, circulars, newsletters, announcements and price lists NORMAL BRAND, SL they are merely informative.

10.- Notice

The products offered are published on the website as clearly as possible. While we have tried to reproduce the colors of our products as closely as possible, due to the individual nature of the graphics on your screen or your printer, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer will match the actual products.

11.- Final Clauses

Applicable Legislation and Arbitration: This Agreement is subject to Spanish law. For the resolution of any litigious question derived from this Contract, the Parties, renouncing their own jurisdiction if they have it, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona City and their immediate superiors.

12.- Alternative dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, since last February 15, 2016, a platform for the resolution of conflicts regarding online purchases has been operational.

The objective of this platform is to provide an interactive website and offer a single point of attention to those consumers and merchants who want to resolve, out of court, disputes arising from online e-commerce transactions.
